Rippling is seeking an Operations Associate to join its customer operations team in Bangalore. The role focuses on onboarding employees and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local agencies across multiple jurisdictions. This is a foundational position within a high-growth, venture-backed HR and IT platform company.
Key responsibilities include executing employee onboarding tasks such as verifications, benefits setup, and enrollments for Rippling customers. You will conduct filings and registrations with government agencies on behalf of customers, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. The role involves reviewing, building, and improving operational processes while creating documentation libraries to scale operations. You'll process inbound communications related to compliance and onboarding, working cross-functionally with sales and product teams to minimize operational burden through software and process automation.
This is a highly cross-functional role with direct impact on customer success, sales enablement, and product development. You'll help design scalable processes to bring new customers onto the platform while maintaining regulatory standards. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with HR operations, compliance, or customer onboarding is valuable. The role operates on a night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) with hybrid office expectations of 3 days per week in the Bangalore office.
