Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure. As Global Operations Program Manager, you'll own complex, cross-functional programs spanning People, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT as the company scales globally.
You'll manage initiatives end-to-end: new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and infrastructure evolution (EOR transitions, payroll migrations, vendor changes). Your core responsibilities include building detailed program plans with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates; proactively surfacing risks and resolving blockers; connecting dots across functions to prevent gaps; owning program communication and change management; and building repeatable infrastructure and playbooks as the company scales.
You'll partner deeply with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and IT teams to understand interdependencies and ensure coordinated execution. A key focus is keeping employee experience central—translating operational complexity into thoughtful, coordinated experiences during high-change moments like market entry or employment infrastructure transitions.
This is a hands-on role requiring you to develop points of view, personally execute work where needed, and drive programs forward. You'll communicate clearly to executives and affected employees, distilling complex initiatives into key decisions, risks, and tradeoffs.
You bring 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs with global People infrastructure experience (geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration). You operate with bias toward action, dig into substance, step into gaps, and have strong judgment about what requires diligence versus execution. You excel at stakeholder management and aligning specialists and senior leaders without formal authority. You communicate with clarity and directness, and you use AI fluently as a core part of your work—to move faster, synthesize information, work through ambiguity, and increase output quality and leverage.
