Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure. The company, founded in 2022 and backed by world-class investors, is scaling rapidly and defining a new category in professional services AI.
As Global Operations Program Manager, you'll own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end as Harvey expands globally. This is a hands-on role reporting to People Operations, managing initiatives spanning new entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and infrastructure evolution (EOR transitions, payroll migrations, vendor changes).
Key responsibilities include: defining program requirements and building detailed plans with clear workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates; connecting dots across People Ops, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and other functions to identify interdependencies and prevent gaps; surfacing risks proactively and resolving blockers; owning program communication and change management for executives and affected employees; building repeatable infrastructure, templates, SOPs, and playbooks to scale operations; and keeping employee experience central during high-change moments.
You'll work closely with functional experts but are expected to develop your own point of view, get into the substance, and personally execute work to drive programs forward. This requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to align specialists and senior leaders without formal authority.
Required: 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs with experience in global People infrastructure (geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration, or similar). You have a hands-on operating style, strong bias toward action, and comfort with ambiguity. You communicate clearly and directly with executives, distilling complicated programs into key decisions, risks, and tradeoffs. Strong AI fluency is essential—you use AI as a core part of your workflow to move faster, synthesize information, and increase output quality and leverage.
