Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure. As Global Operations Program Manager, you'll own complex, cross-functional programs spanning People, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT as the company scales globally.
You'll lead initiatives end-to-end from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and infrastructure evolution (EOR transitions, payroll migrations, vendor changes). Your core responsibilities include building detailed program plans that translate messy objectives into clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates. You'll proactively surface risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as circumstances change.
This is a hands-on role requiring deep partnership across functions. You'll connect dots between People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and IT to ensure decisions in one workstream don't create blind spots elsewhere. You'll own all program communication and change management, from executive updates to employee-facing communications during high-change moments. Over time, you'll build repeatable infrastructure—turning learnings from each program into templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes that scale.
Keeping employee experience central is critical. You'll ensure operational complexity translates into coordinated, thoughtful experiences for employees, especially during market entries, infrastructure transitions, or acquisitions.
You bring 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs with deep experience in global People infrastructure (geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration, or similar). You operate with a hands-on bias toward action, digging into substance and stepping into gaps to keep work moving. You have strong stakeholder management and judgment, aligning specialists and senior leaders across functions without formal authority. You communicate clearly and directly with executives, distilling complicated programs into decisions, risks, and tradeoffs. Strong AI fluency is essential—you use AI as a core part of your workflow to move faster, synthesize information, work through ambiguity, and increase output quality and leverage.
