Sensor Tower is a digital intelligence platform providing market insights on mobile, web, and gaming to over 2,500 enterprises globally. The company processes tens of terabytes of data to power insights used by thousands of customers across tech, retail, entertainment, gaming, CPG, finance, and investment sectors.
You will join the backend engineering team to improve and build new features for AppMagic, Sensor Tower's app market intelligence SaaS platform focused on SMBs. In this role, you'll participate in the full development lifecycle—design, implementation, quality polish, and release—working on diverse tasks including data parsing, aggregation, API design, refactoring, and performance optimization. You'll create and optimize complex database queries for data analysis and modification, perform code reviews, and suggest improvements to tools and processes.

Tech stack: Golang, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of professional Go experience (or meaningful GitHub contributions and coding samples if less experienced), strong SQL skills (Postgres/ClickHouse) with ability to write and debug complex queries, focus on quality through testable code, product-minded perspective, curiosity and proactive problem-solving, and fluency in both Russian and English for technical interviews. CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes experience is a plus. Thoughtful use of AI tools in development is valued.
