Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data for actionable insights across physical operations including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.
As an Installation Coordinator, you will orchestrate and monitor Samsara hardware installations across customer fleets. This is a detail-oriented role blending project coordination, field operations knowledge, and customer success. You will ensure each deployment meets technical and operational standards while working closely with Implementation consultants, Account Executives, Partners, and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful customer experiences from the start.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate pre-installation logistics with partners and validate customer/site readiness
- Ensure Statements of Work (SOW) are fully understood and achievable before kickoff
- Track real-time installation progress and adherence to project plans
- Identify deviations from timelines/specifications and define remediation action plans
- Drive weekly installation reporting cadence and provide updates to internal teams
- Maintain installation evidence and ensure proper documentation storage
- Serve as point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting during install phases
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams
- Ensure installation partners are trained and follow Samsara standards
- Monitor CSAT related to installation events and resolve root causes of dissatisfaction
- Provide proactive communication and transparency with customers during install projects
- Define and continuously improve installation coordination processes using AI and RPA tools
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally
This remote position is open to candidates residing in Mexico. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with autonomy and support to make an impact as part of a recently public company.
Requirements:
- Experience in field operations coordination, customer implementation, or technical deployment
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple installs in parallel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration
