Time To Hire is a growing Mexican fintech specializing in asset-backed financing. We help companies obtain the assets they need to operate by combining proprietary technology with real-time responsiveness.
In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our collections and portfolio management function. Your responsibilities include:
• Monitor and manage the active portfolio: maintain a control desk for complete and validated case files
• Safeguard assets through coordination of property management, insurance, and claims handling
• Register and continuously monitor credit bureau (buró de crédito) records
• Manage both proactive and reactive portfolio strategies
• Coordinate extra-judicial and judicial collections efforts alongside the legal team
• Ensure high documentary discipline and coordinate across departments under pressure
• Communicate effectively with clients during collections processes
You will work in a hybrid model (Monday–Thursday in office at Condesa, Mexico City; Friday remote) and have the opportunity to propose process improvements, particularly around technology and AI optimization.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–3 years of experience in operations or portfolio control desk roles (leasing, SOFOMES, or credit fintech)
• Experience consulting and working with credit bureau systems
• Experience in asset insurance/property management or portfolio collections
• High documentary discipline and ability to coordinate multiple departments under pressure
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and genuine focus on efficiency
• Composure and communication skills for client-facing collections work
• Desirable: tech/AI sensitivity to propose and optimize processes
