PointFive is hiring a Controller to lead the company's global accounting function across all legal entities and worldwide offices. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll own end-to-end financial operations for a high-growth AI efficiency platform backed by $60M Series B funding (Accel-led).
Key responsibilities include: managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with intercompany eliminations and consolidated financial statements; revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS subscriptions, marketplace transactions, and channel/reseller economics; running external audits from PBC preparation through issue resolution; managing tax compliance across Israel, US, UK, and other jurisdictions including statutory filings, state-level obligations, and cross-border withholding; overseeing payroll across multiple countries; building and documenting internal controls with SOX-readiness in mind; and supporting cash management and board-level financial reporting.
Required qualifications: 5+ years as Controller in a global, multi-entity company; CPA license (Israeli or equivalent); strong US GAAP knowledge with Israeli GAAP/tax familiarity; demonstrated multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience spanning Israel and US; high-growth SaaS/tech company background; experience leveraging AI in finance systems; NetSuite proficiency; fluent English and Hebrew.
Nice-to-have: Big 4 audit background, marketplace/channel revenue accounting, equity compensation accounting (Section 102, 409A).
