As Contracts Manager, you will be a foundational member of the growing legal team, owning high-volume commercial contracting that keeps the business moving. You'll operate with significant independence and judgment, reporting to the General Counsel.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements supporting customer and procurement relationships
- Build and maintain scalable contracting and compliance frameworks to enable the legal team to keep pace with rapid business growth
- Partner closely with legal, finance, and business teams to drive agreements from request through signature
- Manage multiple contract workstreams in parallel under fast timelines while maintaining high quality standards
- Own contract lifecycle management end-to-end, including post-signature obligation tracking
The legal team is defined by high integrity, collaboration, and trust. You'll work with a low-ego, supportive team genuinely excited about democratizing access to AI infrastructure at scale.
Requirements:
- 10+ years managing commercial contracts in-house, at a law firm, or in a contracts/procurement function
- Strong hands-on drafting and redlining skills across a broad range of standard commercial contracts
- Ability to carry negotiations independently
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volume without compromising quality
- Demonstrated ownership of full contract lifecycle, including post-signature obligation management
- AI-forward, builder's mindset with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and accelerate efficiency
