HomeLight is a real estate technology platform that powers transactions for agents, lenders, and their clients. The company facilitates billions of dollars in residential real estate business annually and is building the future of real estate through innovative products like Buy Before You Sell. As a Contract Advisor, you will serve as the quarterback of the transaction pipeline for HomeLight's Buy Before You Sell product. You'll manage 30–60 files per month in a fast-paced environment, acting as the central hub of communication between external loan officers, processors, loan assistants, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: - Pipeline Management: Handle 30–40 files during slow seasons and up to 50–60 closings per month - Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for Loan Officers (LOs), Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), and Processors, ensuring they complete required tasks to keep deals moving - Documentation & Compliance: Verify that questionnaires, title contact info, equity amounts, and mortgage documents are properly completed and uploaded via the portal - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Processing, Approval, Listing Operations, and Capital Markets teams - Tech & Workflow Management: Use the Sales App, Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack, and internal portals to track and update transactions - Problem-Solving & Support: Answer questions about the Buy Before You Sell program from start to finish - Document Management: Ensure all required documents (inspections, mortgage files, approvals) are correctly uploaded and stored The role is based in Scottsdale, AZ with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Requirements: - Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement - Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments with ability to adapt priorities - Tech-savvy with experience in Google Sheets, Slack, CRM systems, and loan processing tools - Strong understanding of the mortgage process and experience working with Loan Officers and Processors
