Right-Hand is a Human Risk Management platform company on a mission to make humans more defensible against cyber threats. With 82% of breaches caused by human error, the company builds solutions that change employee behaviors and reduce human risk.
You will play a pivotal role in developing Right-Hand's cyber awareness content library. This is a hybrid role based in India with flexibility to work across timezones, including US business hours collaboration as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research cybersecurity attacks, breach headlines, and stay current with the threat landscape
- Brainstorm and creatively develop cyber awareness content including training modules, phishing templates, and policy compliance documents
- Convert technical cybersecurity information into accessible, non-technical formats
- Build and update training modules using storytelling and simple, creative methods
- Create phishing email templates for security awareness
- Develop content using Articulate 360 (Rise 360 and Storyline 360)
- Produce content using AI-powered video tools such as HeyGen
- Become a product expert in Right-Hand's cyber awareness offerings
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders on content strategy
- Apply strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and storytelling standards consistently
The role requires converting complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging, understandable content for diverse audiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a multicultural, mission-driven team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of content writing experience
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and industry landscape
- 1+ years of cybersecurity industry experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, specifically Rise 360 (primary) and Storyline 360 (required)
- Experience with AI-powered video tools such as HeyGen
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools for day-to-day tasks while maintaining content quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-facing experience and comfort with client interactions
- Ability to work flexibly across timezones with willingness to accommodate US business hours
- Excellent time management and prioritization in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution
- Self-motivated with high initiative and drive
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
