The Consultant Relations Director will manage strategic partnerships with external consultants at major benefits consulting firms (Aon, Mercer, WTW, etc.) who advise employer clients on benefits selection and strategy. This role is critical to expanding Form Health's relationships and generating new employer partnership opportunities by leveraging existing consultant networks.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining relationships with key consultants and senior leaders at benefits consulting organizations; positioning Form Health's clinical solutions and outcomes to secure favorable positioning in employer opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs; collaborating with internal sales teams on proposal coordination and opportunity discovery; tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and consultant feedback for leadership; and representing the company at national conferences and industry events (up to 30% travel).
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of relevant employer benefits experience in consultant relations, with an established network across major consulting firms and a reputation as a knowledgeable, reliable resource. Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. A bachelor's degree is preferred. The role reports to the VP of Consultant Relations and is fully remote, ideally located near a major city in the eastern half of the U.S.
