Legion is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the implementation and adoption of its workforce management platform for enterprise customers. This is an individual contributor role focused on guiding customers through successful system implementations that drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise implementation projects from initiation through go-live, managing all project phases and ensuring smooth platform adoption
• Configure Legion's workforce management products according to customer solution blueprints and best practices
• Conduct configuration reviews, knowledge transfers, and live customer training (train-the-trainer for administrators and managers)
• Facilitate customer workshops and discussions to define requirements and manage expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Oversee implementation documentation including solution blueprints, configuration worksheets, and project artifacts
• Support software testing, data loads, system initialization, and rollout activities
• Advocate for customer needs internally to drive product improvements and ensure implementation timelines and SLAs are met
• Promote evolution of Legion's implementation methodology, incorporating Agile standards for cloud delivery
• Stay current on compliance, labor laws, industry trends, and Legion product capabilities
• Provide leading practices and guidance to maximize customer value realization post-implementation
The role requires strong communication skills, ability to work with demanding situations, and expertise in enterprise software implementation. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with customers at all organizational levels to ensure successful outcomes.
