As a Consultant Intégrateur (Reseller Services), you will be a subject-matter expert and platform specialist serving Pennylane's integrators and partners. Partner-driven development is a strategic lever for Pennylane: by making integrators fully autonomous and competent on the platform, the company multiplies its capacity to reach new customers and markets.
You will accompany integrators and partners throughout their journey with Pennylane—from initial training through full autonomy, including co-piloted first deployments. You will guarantee alignment between their business needs and Pennylane's features, advocate for partners with internal Product and Support teams, and disseminate expertise to strengthen the entire team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver comprehensive initial training to integrators and partners on the product and deployment methodologies
- Co-pilot partners' first client deployments until they achieve full autonomy
- Serve as dedicated CSM for autonomous partners: relationship management, continuous upskilling, and handling complex cases
- Act as functional reference on Pennylane modules—the expert-of-experts partners turn to
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions and practical workshops to maintain high expertise levels
- Ensure alignment between partners' business needs and Pennylane functionality; propose workarounds where needed
- Represent partner voice and use cases to internal teams (Product, Support, Sales) and share knowledge with peers
Expected impact: accelerate partner autonomy on Pennylane deployments, increase customer volume onboarded via partner channel, reduce support escalations, improve partner satisfaction, and contribute directly to product roadmap through structured field feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:
Primary profile (Integrator background):
- 3+ years of significant experience in SaaS solution deployment or implementation at an integrator or software publisher
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial challenges facing SMEs
- Ability to train and support technical and business teams at partner organizations
Alternative profile (Accounting/Finance background):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, financial management of SMEs, or accounting firm practice
- Relevant qualifications: DCG, BTS Comptabilité Gestion, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, or Bachelor in Administrative and Accounting Management
Transversal competencies:
- Comfort working with integrators and partners; ability to advise them
- Excellent pedagogy, collaboration, adaptability, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously with high service levels
- Strong interest in technology and knowledge of fintech solutions in the market
- Operational English proficiency
- Appreciation for working in a constantly changing environment
- Collaboration as a priority within team and across stakeholders
- Sufficient perspective to prioritize high-impact business actions
