GetYourGuide, a travel experiences marketplace, seeks a Consolidation Manager to join its Group Reporting team in Berlin. You will be responsible for preparing and consolidating group financials in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP, serving as the primary point of contact for month-end-close activities with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately prepare and consolidate Group financials in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP
- Serve as primary point of contact for Group month-end-close topics with internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of Group month-end close processes and control environment, focusing on automation and standardization
- Lead coordination of stakeholders for capitalization of internally generated intangibles, ensuring precise measurement, amortization, and impairment
- Own Group-level analytical reconciliations and variance analysis to support timely and accurate drafting of interim and annual financial statements
The role is hybrid with three days in-office collaboration (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two days of optional at-home focus time. You will have flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA) or equivalent master's degree
- Minimum 5 years in finance department of a large company, ideally within e-commerce sector
- Strong knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with accounting for intangible assets and German GAAP advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with PowerBI and SQL for data management and querying preferred
- Excellent English skills required; German language skills valuable
- Proficiency with SAP or other large ERP system; experience with consolidation system advantageous
- Independent, structured worker with strong teamwork and reliable time management
