As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll report to the Manager of Compliance and Onboarding and work closely with Service Operations to support the provider network. This role combines administrative expertise with regulatory compliance work in a mission-driven organization serving children with special needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting providers through school district-level compliance processes and guiding them through compliance requirements
- Researching compliance requirements across states and organizations
- Creating resources and documentation to help providers complete compliance tasks
- Serving as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries
- Overseeing internal and external control systems to ensure federal, state, and organizational compliance for teletherapy services
- Maintaining accurate provider interaction documentation in relevant systems
- Monitoring compliance tracking systems and updating provider records
- Providing cross-functional support to Clinical Operations, Finance, and Business Operations teams
You'll need 3+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, ideally in technology or education. Background in schools is preferred. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is required. You should demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and good judgment in escalating issues. The role requires availability during Core Working Hours (Monday-Friday, 12-5 p.m. ET) with up to 10% travel.
