ServiceTitan is seeking a Compensation Product Manager to rebuild the compensation function for internal partner teams. This is a hybrid product and compensation role that combines deep compensation expertise with a product-building mindset.
You'll own the compensation experience for internal stakeholders—HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR Operations, and TAOps. Your first 6–9 months involve research and direct partner engagement: fielding offers, pricing requests, and business needs while building a backlog of product requirements from every friction point encountered.
Key responsibilities include:
**Internal Partner Enablement**: Serve as the primary compensation resource, identifying patterns in partner requests that signal what systems and tools need to be built. Conduct data audits and system integrity checks to ensure partners operate from accurate information.
**Tools & Self-Serve Infrastructure**: Own the compensation tooling roadmap in partnership with People Technology and People Insights & Analytics. Build or define offer calculators, pricing tools, and HRBP resources that enable partners to move independently. Success is measured by partner self-sufficiency, not by request volume.
**Intake & Triage**: Route cross-functional or ambiguous requests deliberately, close the loop with partners, and use pattern data to identify the next process to systematize. Intake is a source of product intelligence, not overhead.
You report to the Senior Director, Total Rewards.
**Required qualifications:**
- 5–7 years in compensation with meaningful business-facing or partner-facing experience at high-growth or public tech companies
- Demonstrated product mindset: examples of identifying, building, and measuring changes to how people work
- Deep compensation expertise (offers, benchmarking, off-cycle requests) to earn credibility with HRBPs and TA immediately
- Active AI tool user with examples of workflows built or accelerated
- Comfort with data audits, compensation analysis, error identification, and pattern surfacing
- Strong financial acumen, modeling, and budget interpretation; partnership with Finance
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Workday experience, including approval workflow configuration
- Formal product management experience is a plus, not required
ServiceTitan values people who build proactively, who are restless about answering the same question twice, and who think systematically about user friction and better solutions.
