ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has scaled rapidly since January 2023, now serving millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. The company has raised $781M in funding with a $22B valuation and operates across three main platforms: ElevenAgents (customer experience automation), ElevenCreative (content generation), and ElevenAPI (developer access to AI audio models).
As Company Operations Lead, you will own the infrastructure and systems that enable ElevenLabs to maintain its velocity while scaling from ~200 to 1,000+ people across 50 countries. This is a strategic role focused on building the operating layer—not adding bureaucracy, but establishing the right systems at the right time so the rest of the company can focus on core work.
Key responsibilities include:
• Operating Cadence: Design and run planning and alignment cycles including OKR planning, workforce planning, and headcount planning to keep leadership aligned and the company strategically focused.
• Operating System: Build and maintain infrastructure including systems of record, org taxonomy and governance, and knowledge management systems that ensure effective information flow across a remote-first, distributed team.
• AI Enablement & Agentification: Establish an internal AI enablement framework, manage tool access and rollout, identify opportunities for agents and automation to accelerate operations, and build learning programs and champion networks to drive adoption. Work closely with Security, IT, and the Automations team.
• Operations Centre of Excellence: Define operational excellence standards at ElevenLabs and embed them across functions. Deploy embedded operators to other teams, establish best practices, upskill teams, and hand off cleanly once work is complete.
The company culture emphasizes high velocity, impact over job titles, AI-first thinking, excellence everywhere, and a global talent-first approach. You'll work in a lean, autonomous environment with minimal bureaucracy and a bias toward action.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:
- Proven experience building and leading a Strategy & Operations or BizOps function at a high-growth technology company, ideally through a meaningful scaling inflection (Series B–D trajectory or equivalent)
- Track record of standing up functions and systems from scratch and handing them off, rather than owning a permanent queue
- Structured problem-solving background from strategy consulting, a BizOps or Chief of Staff seat with genuine strategic scope, or an operator role requiring both systems-building and executive influence
- Strong AI and tooling fluency—you should be pushing the organization on what's possible with AI enablement, not chasing it
- Exceptional stakeholder management: ability to partner with founders and leads and earn trust quickly in a flat, high-velocity environment
Bonus:
- Experience inside a company that scaled through a 200 → 2,000+ person inflection
- Background spanning both consulting and operator roles—you've done both the thinking and the building
- Familiarity with knowledge management, AI agentification, or internal tooling as an operational discipline
Note: The company does not require formal experience, certifications, or degrees—they focus on demonstrated capability and impact.
