Pear Suite is an early-stage digital health company building a care navigation platform for community-based care. The platform equips community health workers, doulas, care navigators, and supporting organizations with tools to collect, visualize, and act on social care and community health data. The company helps community-based organizations, health systems, and government-funded programs deliver more coordinated, person-centered care.
As Account Executive, you will own full-cycle sales across organizations leading the shift toward community-based care infrastructure, including community-based organizations, health systems, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), and county and government-funded community health programs. You will build pipeline, run discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and close your own book of business. You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships and contribute to Pear Suite's go-to-market strategy, territory approach, and sales playbook.
Key responsibilities:
**Build and manage pipeline:** Identify, prioritize, and develop target accounts based on buyer readiness, market developments, policy changes, funding opportunities, and organizational need. Build a portion of your own pipeline through targeted outbound, relationships, industry events, and market-driven account development.
**Lead the sales process:** Run structured discovery to understand buyer priorities, workflows, decision criteria, and urgency. Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Pear Suite to each buyer's operational, financial, and care-delivery goals. Qualify opportunities rigorously and build momentum across multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
**Close and transition business:** Own the commercial process from solution scoping and proposal development through negotiation and contract execution. Coordinate internal stakeholders to address product, technical, security, procurement, and contracting requirements. Transition closed accounts cleanly to implementation and customer success.
**Contribute to market approach:** Bring customer feedback, market intelligence, and product gaps back to company leadership. Contribute feedback to territory plans, outbound playbooks, messaging, and sales collateral. Represent Pear Suite at industry events and participate in deal reviews and shared best practices.
Pear Suite is a mission-driven team committed to health equity and innovation in community-based care. The company values initiative, autonomy, and the ability to build structure in early-stage environments.

- Fluency using AI tools for research, outreach, deal preparation, and writing
Additional strengths:
- Experience with community-based organizations, health systems, health plans, FQHCs, public health agencies, government-funded programs, or tribal health organizations
