As a Community Marketing Coordinator (Strategic Growth Associate), you will be responsible for promoting HomeLight's title and escrow services to real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other industry partners. This is a relationship-focused role centered on building strong business partnerships, increasing market share, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and referral partners; representing the company at networking events, office presentations, and industry functions; generating new business through strategic outreach and client identification; conducting regular office visits and follow-up meetings to ensure client satisfaction and retention; collaborating with internal title and escrow teams to deliver seamless client experiences; tracking and reporting marketing activities and leads through CRM systems; maintaining knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate processes; coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional materials with the marketing department; participating in community events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility; providing field insights to refine company services; and managing social media presence.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and driven to achieve measurable growth. You should have 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate, title, or mortgage industry experience preferred), a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred), excellent communication and networking skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
