Grace Meadows, a build-to-rent single-family rental (SFR) community managed by Adoor Property Management LLC (a joint venture between Rithm Capital and Darwin Homes), is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a strong focus on leasing and resident engagement.
You will report to the Director of Leasing and oversee all aspects of community management, including resident relations, property maintenance coordination, and leasing activities. Your responsibilities span three key areas:
Community Management: Oversee daily operations to maintain a welcoming environment, serve as the primary contact for residents, enforce community policies, plan resident events, and coordinate with maintenance teams on service requests.
Leasing Activities: Conduct property tours (including weekends), guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, implement marketing strategies to attract qualified applicants, prepare leasing documentation in compliance with local regulations and fair housing laws, and track leasing performance against occupancy goals.
Property Oversight: Collaborate with builders, contractors, and vendors on construction and warranty matters, recommend property improvements, and oversee maintenance of amenities and shared spaces.
Success is measured by maintaining high occupancy rates, achieving strong resident satisfaction ratings, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues, and fostering a positive community-focused environment.
Requirements:

- Proven track record achieving leasing and occupancy goals
- Prior experience in resident services and property marketing
- Valid real estate license (required)
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Full-time position with weekend availability required
