As a Community Manager, you will serve as a vital point of contact supporting the investor community while gaining hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor communications, and financial services.
Key responsibilities include:
**Investor & Community Support:** Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for prospective and existing investors, responding to questions via email, phone, webinars, events, and other channels. Provide timely, accurate support using approved resources and internal playbooks. Help individuals navigate Alumni Ventures' offerings, processes, and community experience.
**Relationship Building & Operations:** Build strong relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders. Deliver high-touch, service-oriented customer experience across the investor journey. Anticipate needs, identify issues, and resolve questions with professionalism and empathy. Support investor onboarding and ongoing engagement efforts.
**Partner Support:** Collaborate closely with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and senior leaders. Support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, club programs, and syndication activities. Assist with virtual events, investor meetings, and webinars.
