Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, with programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Community Liaison for the Fredericksburg, VA region will drive business development and market expansion for the company's house call and hospice services. This role combines strategic analysis with hands-on relationship building across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing the service area to identify and prioritize target markets for growth
- Building relationships with referral sources: visiting doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to present company credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conducting competitive and organizational analysis to identify company strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities
- Reviewing marketing data and patient/company relationship metrics to inform strategy
- Developing sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan with clear priorities and timelines
- Monitoring plan execution and adjusting as needed
- Attending interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Providing community outreach and education to raise awareness of services
- Supporting office staff with administrative tasks and training updates
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fredericksburg with travel throughout the surrounding region to meet with healthcare partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle in good working condition (required for frequent travel to referral sources)
