Boulder Care, a Series C digital clinic specializing in addiction medicine and medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD), is hiring a Community Engagement Liaison based in Ohio. This hybrid role combines field-based regional outreach (up to 4 days/week) with remote administrative work. You will serve as the trusted face of Boulder Care's mission in your community, building and strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, reentry systems, and local stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: conducting outreach to develop and sustain referral relationships; identifying and growing new referral pathways within your region; coordinating and executing outreach strategies to drive enrollment growth; leading educational presentations in person and virtually; using enrollment and referral data to evaluate effectiveness and demonstrate impact; building strong relationships with referral partner accounts; educating partners on Boulder Care's harm-reduction approach; and meeting established productivity metrics and enrollment targets.
You will spend approximately 75% of your time on community outreach, 15% on planning and documentation (CRM management, follow-up correspondence, weekly team meetings), and 10% on project coordination with internal departments. The role requires autonomy to shape regional outreach strategies, prioritize efforts, and independently manage your territory while contributing to broader growth goals.
Candidates must reside in Ohio to support effective regional coverage and consistent in-person outreach. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about building meaningful partnerships, driving measurable impact in addiction medicine, and working independently in community settings.
