Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 / annual
Experience by Industrious, a CBRE workplace hospitality brand, is seeking a Senior Community Manager to design and oversee the full tenant programming experience across office assets, enterprise headquarters, healthcare facilities, and logistics centers.
You will be the driving force behind building community and tenant engagement. Your responsibilities include:
**Community Programming & Communications:**
- Design and execute a dynamic calendar of tenant events focused on community building and engagement
- Manage all aspects of events including budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution, and reporting
- Own the tenant experience app: content creation, audience management, building notices, adoption strategy, and local partnerships
- Manage event marketing across the tenant app, digital and physical signage, and building newsletter
**Amenity Management:**
- Oversee ordering, restocking, receiving, and inventory of amenity supplies
- Maintain all amenity spaces in pristine condition
- Document and escalate maintenance and facilities issues
- Support leasing teams in showcasing building amenities
**Tenant Relationships:**
- Build strong, personalized relationships with occupiers
- Meet with tenant leads at least annually
- Execute in-suite activations and tenant onboarding
- Deploy customer sentiment surveys and create action plans for detractors
- Deliver on "Surprise and Delight" and monthly interaction standards
**Service Culture:**
- Champion Industrious service standards and hospitality principles
- Communicate and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
Success in this role means tenants show up to events, engagement metrics grow, building communications are consistent and on-brand, and NPS/satisfaction scores trend upward. You'll lead a team and be accountable for demonstrating that community programming drives tenant retention.
You get energy from making people feel seen and connected. You're equally comfortable with strategy and execution—designing quarterly calendars and personally staffing activations. You understand community doesn't happen by accident and have a framework for what drives engagement. You lead through relationships, not authority, and invest in your team's growth. You're genuinely curious about your tenants and their businesses, and that knowledge makes your programming better.
This role requires daily visibility, genuine warmth in person, comfort with detail work (signage, supply checks, surveys), and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments. People management is core to your real work here.
**Requirements:**
- 5–7 years of experience in community programming, hospitality, or tenant engagement
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering tenant or community programs at scale
- People leadership experience: managed at least one direct report with goal-setting, feedback, and development
- Strong written and verbal communications; experience managing content calendars, newsletters, or app/social presence in a professional context
- Organizational discipline to manage multiple programs simultaneously without losing details under pressure
- Proven ability to build trust quickly, follow through consistently, and make people feel genuinely cared for
