Checkout.com is a leading fintech payments platform processing over 10 billion transactions yearly for major brands including eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony. The company operates across 20 offices on six continents with London as headquarters.
The Revenue Enablement Senior Specialist will support the UK & EEA Commercial teams and broader Revenue Enablement function. This role acts as a strategic partner to the VP of UK & EEA, participating in regional leadership meetings to identify productivity bottlenecks before they impact revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-impact workshops and coaching sessions to drive behavioral change for new joiners and existing Commercial teams
- Building and refining enablement initiatives to support performance improvements
- Creating training and content for e-learning and in-person delivery (video, slides, documentation)
- Managing content libraries and repositories, with expertise in Learning and Content Management systems
- Handling ad hoc content and support requests for onboarding Commercial roles in the region
- Managing internal communication campaigns via email, Slack, and similar channels
- Analyzing training data to identify outcomes and gaps
- Supporting flagship events including Kick Off, President's Club, and Commercial Leadership Summits
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, People, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams
The role operates in a hybrid model with three days per week in the London office to support collaboration and connection.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Commercial roles and/or Enablement/Training in FinTech, Financial Services, Tech, or SaaS
- AI native and tech-savvy with data-driven mindset
- Passionate about training and development
- Strong communication skills with copywriting experience a plus
- Experience creating video, digital marketing, and social media content is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce (reporting and dashboards) and Sales Engagement Tools (Clari, Groove, Salesloft, Outreach) is a plus
- Strong foundational knowledge of global payments (Acquiring, Issuing, Schemes, alternative payment methods) is desired but not essential
- Comfort presenting to and influencing Director and C-level stakeholders
- Understanding of complex business revenue cycles
- Ability to prioritize and work well with others
- Customer-focused with high attention to detail
- Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments
