Payoneer is a global financial platform founded in 2005 that removes friction from cross-border business operations. The company serves over 2,500 colleagues worldwide and operates in 190+ countries, offering solutions spanning global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce management, working capital, and business intelligence.
This Commercial Program Manager role sits at the heart of Payoneer's enterprise business, responsible for building and running the structures, processes, and operating rhythms that enable effective management of two distinct account portfolios at scale.
For the Tier 3 enterprise portfolio, you will design and own program management infrastructure—systems, processes, and automations that allow proactive, scaled management. This includes building visibility across renewal timelines, contract obligations, pricing review cycles, commercial risk indicators, and upsell opportunities. You'll establish clear processes for intake, triage, and resolution of commercial matters (renewals, amendments, pricing changes, client requests), identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, partner with Legal and Finance on contractual matters, and surface upsell opportunities to commercial owners.
For a small set of highly complex strategic accounts, you'll build program management infrastructure including consolidated trackers, issue logs, and initiative roadmaps. You'll design and run operating cadences (monthly health reports, MBRs, QBRs, executive touchpoints), maintain real-time visibility of active topics and workstream progress, and act as connective tissue between internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Operations) and account teams.
You'll work closely with Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, Growth, and Compliance teams. Your impact will be directly felt in the health and predictability of the accounts you manage.
Required experience: 5–8 years in program management, commercial operations, or enterprise account operations, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS. You should have demonstrated experience building and running programs that manage portfolios of accounts or initiatives—designing systems that surface issues in advance rather than reacting one at a time. You need experience with commercial workflows (renewals, contract management, pricing reviews, amendments) and coordinating these end-to-end across Legal, Finance, and business teams. Prior experience supporting enterprise account teams and a track record of driving cross-functional work through influence rather than authority are essential.
Technical skills: fluency in at least one structured PM tool (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion, or equivalent) with ability to design tracking systems stakeholders will use and trust. Experience mapping, documenting, and systematizing recurring workflows is required.
