Meesho is a social commerce platform democratizing e-commerce for Indian consumers and enabling small businesses to succeed online. The Fulfilment and Experience (F&E) team operates at the core of this mission, reimagining logistics to serve the country's next billion e-commerce users.
As Cluster Head for Last Mile operations, you will own a critical cluster within Meesho's logistics network. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Onboarding and training new last-mile delivery partners for your cluster
• Identifying and recruiting new partners to expand network capacity
• Tracking and managing partner performance across your assigned region
• Conducting facility audits and resolving operational gaps through regular site visits
• Ensuring compliance with operational processes and standards
• Owning and driving key operational metrics end-to-end to meet performance targets
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending enhancements
You will work cross-functionally with supply chain, analytics, and operations teams to achieve team goals. The role requires regular travel to partner facilities across different cities within your cluster. Meesho emphasizes a collaborative, high-impact culture with a focus on first-principles problem-solving and continuous innovation in logistics.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• 3–5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics
• Demonstrated experience in partner onboarding and training for last-mile and sorting operations
• Experience in control tower and field operations (preferred)
