Salary: USD 89,000 - 130,000 / annual
Acronis, a global leader in AI-powered cyber protection, is seeking a Cloud Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new service provider partnerships across North America. Reporting to the regional Cloud Sales Manager, you will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new service providers through multiple channels: LinkedIn, Salesforce database, personal connections, and warm leads from events/trials
- Conduct outreach via approved communication tools (Avaya, Zoom, Outlook) to verify interest and qualify prospects using BANT criteria (environment, need, budget, pain points, competitors, decision makers, workload volumes)
- Research prospects thoroughly before outreach and prepare targeted questions
- Manage the complete sales cycle: qualification, demo sessions (with Solution Engineers as needed), negotiation, and contract closure
- Document all activities in Salesforce; conduct demos via Zoom with camera on
- Maintain pipeline discipline, provide timely forecasts, and manage follow-up cadence
- Align with regional distributors through bi-weekly calls and joint marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management) to close deals
- Communicate Acronis brand messages and product differentiators effectively
- Participate in quarterly upskill training and coaching sessions

Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Lead Development Representative
- Proven experience in a Cyber Security company with strong understanding of industry practices and protocols (required)
- Ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions
- Strong closing sales skills
- Cold calling experience preferred; must have a persistent, never-give-up attitude
