Define backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures. Formalize runbooks and diagnostic tools. Platform Industrialization: Maintain and improve Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK/TypeScript), GitHub Actions pipelines, and Apache Airflow orchestration. Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python to reduce manual operations. Service Development: Develop and maintain Python APIs and services for platform operations. Design integrations with customer and partner systems. Develop jobs and workflows for internal and external processing, ensuring robustness through proper error handling, monitoring, and testing.
