Manus Bio is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and advance the technology infrastructure that enables manufacturing and business operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for cloud and on-premises infrastructure spanning Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows and Linux servers, enterprise storage, backup, and related services.
Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing Azure and AWS environments (virtual machines, networking, storage, identity/access, security, monitoring, cost management, hybrid connectivity); supporting cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. You will administer Windows Server and Linux systems across cloud and on-premises environments, manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, patching, and lifecycle management. You'll also administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune, managing users, groups, licensing, device enrollment, compliance policies, and security baselines.
The role emphasizes automation and infrastructure engineering—identifying opportunities to improve reliability through PowerShell, Bash, Python, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and Infrastructure as Code approaches. You'll support evaluation and adoption of AI and generative AI technologies for automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency. Operational excellence is central: monitoring infrastructure health, capacity, security, and performance; troubleshooting complex issues; maintaining documentation; and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
Required: 5+ years hands-on cloud and infrastructure experience with professional Azure and/or AWS support. Strong experience administering both Windows Server and Linux environments, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID), and Microsoft Intune. Working knowledge of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewalls, hybrid connectivity), enterprise storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery. Strong identity and access management understanding, troubleshooting skills, technical documentation ability, and excellent communication. Experience with AI, generative AI, and AI-enabled infrastructure is preferred.
