The company provides tools for AI engineers to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems and agents from prototype to production. As Cloud & AI Technology Partner Manager, you will own the operational engine of Arize's cloud partnerships, driving co-sell pipeline and managing partner programs across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA, and AI ISV partners. You will report to the Head of Partnerships and own a quarterly pipeline target with direct accountability for sourcing and influencing partner-driven revenue. Key responsibilities include: managing quarterly partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline quotas; coordinating field enablement sessions and co-sell support with cloud partner teams; executing cloud co-sell operations including POC credits, MDF submissions, and IP Co-Sell registrations; leading partner marketing campaigns and cloud conference activations; managing cloud marketplace listings and operations; preparing and running quarterly business reviews with hyperscaler partners; maintaining technology partner relationships and integration usage; and producing weekly partner pipeline reports in Salesforce and PRM tools. You will work closely with sales and customer success to ensure strong partner enablement and outcomes. This role requires a highly organized, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple concurrent programs while meeting submission deadlines and tracking progress across a complex operational portfolio. Required: 4–6 years in technology partnerships, cloud alliances, partner operations, or business development; hands-on experience managing co-sell programs with AWS, GCP, or Azure; demonstrated track record of meeting pipeline quotas; strong program management skills; understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem; data-driven mindset; strong communication skills; and self-starter mentality. Preferred: prior experience at AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; hands-on cloud marketplace program experience; familiarity with PRM platforms like Suger or Crossbeam; and Salesforce CRM expertise.
