ScreenPoint Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the North American market for Transpara, an AI-powered breast imaging analysis platform. This remote role bridges clinical expertise with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities include providing clinical expertise and product demonstrations to support sales and customer success efforts; delivering clinical and training support for research initiatives including the PRISM trial; driving clinical adoption and customer engagement; managing the Net Promoter Score program for USA and Canada; developing and delivering clinical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams; leading Transpara onboarding and certification training; curating clinical cases and materials for training, marketing, and conferences; coordinating live and online Transpara workshops; collaborating on webinars and educational content; sharing customer insights with product and engineering teams; and addressing clinical customer feedback.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a medical or related field with clinical and technical experience in medical imaging or AI software, ideally with mammography technology and/or breast imaging AI background. Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven experience designing and delivering training programs. Willingness to travel approximately 20% is required. Script programming experience is preferred.
