The Clinical Specialist - Generalist will report directly to the Vice President of Clinical Strategy & Care Pathways and serve as the clinical voice and trusted partner for product development and implementation of Cardiovascular Products. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as subject matter expert in clinical workflows to inform product development and drive implementation of Cardiovascular Products in pilots and ongoing efforts - Collaborate with product managers and R&D to ensure clinical input is incorporated into product development and customer voice is embedded throughout - Ensure products meet clinical standards and workflow needs - Act as interface between clinical teams and internal Viz teams - Shape marketing materials to communicate clinical value proposition and bring products to market - Partner with cross-functional teams to define and shape new clinical opportunities aligned with product and business goals - Develop and implement internal and external toolkits to drive clinical workflow optimization - Collaborate with Customer Success and Data & Analytics to identify KPIs, monitor engagement and performance, and provide feedback to stakeholders - Build strong relationships with external partners to ensure commercial success Ideal candidates are passionate about neurology care, critical care, and acute workflows with deep understanding of clinical workflows in neurology, pulmonary, and diagnostic procedures. You are outcome-driven, entrepreneurial, and enjoy facilitating clinical knowledge transfer across Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams. Requirements: - 3-4 years clinical experience in Oncology or Critical Care plus healthcare industry experience - Experience with clinical workflows and processes associated with clinical trials - Strong understanding of diagnostic medical imaging and workflow utilization - Business experience or exposure within a healthcare product company in relevant clinical specialty (minimum as advisor or clinical consultant) - Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience as Registered Diagnostic Cardiac/Vascular Sonographer, Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA), or related field - Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder needs effectively - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to travel 30-50%
