Intellect Care is seeking Clinical Providers (Counsellors or Clinical Psychologists) to deliver mental health support through a collaborative telehealth and onsite platform. You will provide 1-on-1 counselling and psychotherapy sessions (typically up to 60 minutes) to clients addressing a range of clinical presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. You will work within a supportive network of clinical professionals dedicated to expanding access to quality mental health care in Pakistan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver evidence-based 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite mental health support
- Address diverse clinical cases with appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to continuously improve the platform and client programs
- Contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on transforming mental health care accessibility
You will be part of a collaborative community of Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors working to enhance clients' lives and help them overcome personal challenges through structured therapeutic processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Minimum Master's Degree in Counselling/Counselling Psychology (for Counsellors) or Clinical Psychology (for Clinical Psychologists)
- Clinical Experience: Minimum 300 hours of counselling/clinical/therapy experience post-qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship
- Clinical Skills: Expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
- Licensure: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Pakistan
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Urdu; Seraiki language skills also required
- Preferred: Prior experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counselling, or coaching/managerial roles
