As a Clinical Partner Success Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of specialty practices and provider organizations. Your responsibilities include onboarding, driving adoption, expanding usage, building lasting partnerships, and turning users into advocates.
You will design rollout plans tailored to each organization's clinical and administrative workflows, lead practice teams through workflow change by building champions across medical assistants, access teams, practice managers, and clinicians. You'll build trusted relationships at every level, use adoption and operational data to diagnose where practices are succeeding or stuck, and lead adoption reviews to resolve provider friction by coordinating across Operations and Product teams.
You will also translate insights from frontline staff into better products, workflows, and playbooks that scale across provider organizations nationwide, and build repeatable onboarding and enablement playbooks that accelerate new organization launches.
Ideal candidates have 2–10 years of experience inside or directly alongside provider organizations—such as medical assistant, biologics/access coordinator, field reimbursement manager, practice manager, or healthcare implementation specialist roles. You should have strong understanding of clinical and administrative practice workflows, direct experience with specialty medications, prior authorization, affordability programs, or pharmacy coordination. You need credibility with practice teams, strong operational and analytical judgment to manage parallel workstreams and diagnose adoption issues, and excellent written and verbal communication. A track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering on ambitious goals is essential.
