• Take accountability for prescriber performance and development, ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently, and at scale. Uphold high clinical standards through clear performance management, audits, and coaching while balancing commercial goals on efficiency, cost, and conversion.
You will play a key role in rolling out new services across brands, ensuring prescribers are trained, workflows are ready, and patients receive safe, timely, and effective care from day one.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical management. Background may include digital health, fast-paced startups, consulting, or tech-enabled healthcare environments.
• Proven experience managing clinical teams or functions in high-growth settings, with demonstrated expertise in rota management, shift scheduling, workforce planning, and ensuring safe delivery of care at volume.
• Operator's mindset: ability to move fluidly between day-to-day execution and process improvement. Track record of leading projects that transformed complex challenges into streamlined systems with measurable outcomes.
• Data fluency: confident using clinical and operational data to drive insight, track performance, and implement improvements at pace.
• Tech and automation savvy: experience working with or implementing tech-enabled workflows, including automation or AI, to improve efficiency, safety, or workforce effectiveness.
• Clinical credibility preferred but not essential: may be a registered clinician (GMC or equivalent), or have worked closely alongside prescribers and multidisciplinary teams with sufficient exposure to real-world clinical care to lead with confidence and good judgment.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, patient-first mindset, high standards with low ego, systems thinking with clear communication, resilience under pressure, and curiosity about continuous improvement.
