Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 / annual

As Clinical Operations Liaison, you will be the connective thread between clinical leaders (NPs and field clinicians called Sprinters) and the operational systems that support them. Reporting to the Director of Quality & Training, you'll handle workforce tracking, payroll compliance, documentation review, and reporting so clinical leadership can focus on patient care and oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
**Workforce & Payroll Compliance:** Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for NPs and Sprinters on timesheet, mileage, and documentation questions. Follow up on timesheet submissions, PTO entries, and sick time to ensure accuracy before payroll close. Validate weekly mileage and hours submissions against policy. Review and abstract supporting documentation. Approve expenses within set parameters. Prepare weekly exception reports for managers with full documentation.
**Workforce Operations & Reporting:** Maintain clinical employee attendance, call-off, and workforce planning trackers. Track training completion and annual compliance. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. Support logistical planning and maintain dashboards and workforce metrics.
**Escalation & Program Support:** Manage administrative escalation trackers with timely follow-up. Route non-clinical operational issues to appropriate teams. Maintain SOPs and operational documentation. Track project milestones and support new workflow launches.
**Compliance & Quality:** Participate in internal audits, identify documentation gaps, and recommend improvements. Flag recurring issues and propose fixes. Maintain HIPAA and compliance standards.

**Requirements:**
- 2+ years in operations, coordination, or administrative support role
- Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal day-to-day direction
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in EHR systems and Google tools
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated, secure workspace
- Available to work CST hours
**Preferred:**
- Experience in healthcare operations, medical group administration, or home health/home care
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll or leave compliance
- Experience supporting a distributed or regional field team
- Prior use of Rippling or similar HRIS platform
