Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 / annual
HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven solutions for diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides 3D models of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow blockages. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 750,000 patients worldwide.
The Clinical Field Specialist, CT will optimize customers' cardiac imaging programs and workflows by delivering training and building relationships with technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other stakeholders. This is a remote position with up to 80% travel across an assigned geographic territory (Connecticut, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska).
Key responsibilities include:
- Assess customer lifecycle and ensure coronary CT programs are optimized for success
- Identify improvement areas and make recommendations to enhance quality acceptance rates during onboarding
- Conduct virtual and live training for technologists using various delivery methods (demonstrations, one-on-one, group sessions)
- Establish credibility and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain customer records, engagement logs, and training documentation in HeartFlow systems
- Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions about HeartFlow analysis
- Stay current with CT and workstation technology innovations and training methodologies
- Build and execute plans to proactively optimize customer performance
- Periodic on-call responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Associate degree in radiology, technology, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of cardiac CTA experience
- Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology
- Expert knowledge of cardiac CT
- Teaching and industry experience highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in building relationships
