The Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for building and expanding AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs. This is a highly results-driven role focused on sourcing and relationship development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential preceptor partners and healthcare organizations
- Conducting outreach and engagement campaigns to build the clinical network
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare providers
- Supporting the expansion of clinical education placements across disciplines
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful partnership onboarding and retention
- Managing pipeline and tracking metrics for network growth
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in business development or partnership sourcing, and a passion for healthcare education.
