The company partners with 100+ medical degree programs (MD, DO, NP, PA, allied health) across 650+ healthcare institutions nationwide and internationally, solving the healthcare training shortage by enabling quality clinical education at scale.
The Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter will build and expand AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs. This is a results-driven role designed for professionals with a strong foundation in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, or credentialing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and outreach to identify potential preceptors and clinical partners
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and clinical educators
- Negotiating partnership agreements and placement terms
- Coordinating with internal teams to onboard new network partners
- Tracking metrics and reporting on network expansion progress
- Representing AMO at industry conferences and clinical education forums
