Ensure the clinic environment is pristine, organized, safe, and fully stocked. Coordinate with facilities, supply, IT, and operational vendors to resolve facility needs promptly.

You are commercially and data-driven, comfortable using operational metrics to identify gaps and optimize clinic capacity. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to prioritize competing needs in fast-moving environments. You thrive in dynamic settings and are adaptable regarding schedule changes and non-traditional hours.
