Tia is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader and general manager of its Scottsdale care delivery site. You will hold end-to-end accountability for clinic operational excellence, team performance, compliance, and the overall patient and provider experience. This role bridges strategic execution with hands-on clinic management. You will manage and develop the clinic's leadership and support teams, serving as the escalation point for complex personnel and operational challenges. You will partner with People Business Partners on macro-hiring strategy, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design. You will set the cultural standard for the clinic, driving high employee engagement, retention, and professional development in alignment with Tia's core values. You will monitor clinic flow to proactively identify bottlenecks and own high-level problem-solving related to provider schedules, staffing coverage, and emergency schedule changes. You will actively step into Medical Assistant or operational support roles when staffing shortages or high patient volumes demand it. You will track and manage key clinic operations metrics related to patient experience, schedule utilization, visit completion, access, timeliness, and care margin. You will identify operational gaps and partner with centralized operations teams to implement practical, scalable process improvements. You will build a tight, collaborative partnership with the site's Medical Director and providers to optimize care team dynamics, provider satisfaction, and clinical throughput. You will create a warm, professional, and service-oriented clinic environment aligned with Tia's brand, ensuring patients receive clear communication and timely support from arrival through checkout. You will serve as the final on-site authority for complex patient experience failures, medical-legal incidents, or quality-of-care escalations. You will partner with clinical leaders to maintain strict compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy (HIPAA/PHI), safety (OSHA), and regulatory standards. You will ensure the clinic environment is pristine, organized, safe, and fully stocked, coordinating with facilities, supply, IT, and operational vendors to resolve facility needs in a timely manner.
