Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking a Client Value Partner for their Munich office to serve as a senior technical advisor to Fortune 500 retail, CPG, and logistics enterprises.
In this role, you will bridge business strategy and technology execution for top-tier accounts. You'll translate C-suite strategic goals into operational roadmaps using Celonis Process Intelligence software combined with Edge AI and cloud technologies. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Identify & Frame Value: Analyze client strategic objectives and map them to long-term visions. Architect C-suite agendas by optimizing entire value chains—procurement, inventory management, anti-shrink detection, and retail automation. Develop robust business cases and AI roadmaps, leveraging deep product knowledge as a certified Celonis Value Assessment Expert.
Realize & Orchestrate Value: Lead multiple Process Improvement workstreams for transformational programs. Deploy Process Mining Centers of Excellence to support Celonis operationalization. Coordinate technical teams for architecture reviews, executive workshops, and technical delivery. Develop custom data models and dashboards to identify process errors. Facilitate process mapping workshops for Supply Chain and Finance functions. Drive measurable P&L and Working Capital savings, targeting $100M+ in customer ROI. Manage architectural risk and partner with infosec and legal teams on Responsible AI guardrails.
Scale & Innovate: Codify best practices for process analysis and automation. Build strategic partnerships with process-oriented firms for data preparation, system migration, and data warehousing. Drive innovation using IoT, computer vision, and experimental GPUs. Manage multi-year regional deployments across multiple countries and languages.
You will act as a transformation leader guiding teams from prototype to production at global scale, combining deep technical expertise with business acumen to unlock productivity and sustainability across client organizations.
