Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, serving enterprise customers across industries including Life Sciences. As a Client Value Partner (CVP), you will be the accountable lead for customer success and strategic advisor to Celonis' most important Life Sciences accounts.
You will spearhead AI-driven business transformations by leading cross-functional Celonis teams (Servicing, Product, Engineering) to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives. Ensure engagements are properly staffed with global resources. Mentor customers on organizational design and Centers of Excellence maturation to increase platform adoption. Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback on performance.
Driving Customer Value: Own the end-to-end customer value realization strategy and journey. Influence key stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Establish Celonis program roadmaps and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders. Resolve escalations by orchestrating internal teams efficiently. Drive value realization and adoption, ensuring high-quality project completion, client satisfaction, and adoption targets.
Community Builder and Customer Advocacy: Organize and lead customer advisory boards addressing industry-specific challenges. Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product development aligns with Life Sciences industry needs. Drive customer presence at key industry events and conferences. Collaborate on innovation and new asset development, contributing to playbooks and resources for the value engineering team.
You will engage with strategic customers on their transformation journey, helping them unlock productivity and business impact through Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
