Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Client Value Partner (Energy), you will be the accountable lead for customer success with Celonis' most strategic energy sector customers, driving their digital transformation journey.
You will serve as the trusted advisor to C-level executives, collaborating to define long-term vision for leveraging Celonis to transform their business. You'll lead cross-functional Celonis teams (Servicing, Product, Engineering) to ensure customer success and measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include:
**Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives
- Ensure engagements are properly staffed with global Celonis resources
- Mentor customers on organizational design and Centers of Excellence maturation
- Coach team members and provide performance feedback to managers
**Driving Customer Value:**
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey and value realization
- Influence key stakeholders through executive communication and industry expertise
- Establish Celonis program roadmaps and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders
- Resolve escalations and orchestrate internal teams efficiently
- Drive adoption and ensure high-quality, on-time project completion
**Community Builder and Customer Advocacy:**
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards addressing industry-specific challenges
- Act as the voice of the customer within Celonis, ensuring product alignment with industry needs
- Drive customer presence at key industry events and conferences
- Contribute to playbooks and resources for the value engineering team
Required qualifications: minimum 10 years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Energy industry. Strong experience driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations. Deep exposure to change management practices. Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data and confidence.
