Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner to serve as the primary strategic lead for a major Global Banking account. This role bridges C-level institutional strategy with complex technical execution, requiring a Program Director mindset to orchestrate large-scale transformation initiatives.
You will identify and frame strategic value by translating the bank's strategic goals (Operational Resilience, T+1 Settlement Readiness, Capital Efficiency, Regulatory Compliance) into a long-term vision using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. You'll architect the "Office of the CFO/COO" agenda, design roadmaps for optimizing end-to-end value chains (Trade Lifecycle, Client Onboarding, Inter-company Reconciliations), and construct board-level business cases articulating financial impact on banking metrics like Cost-to-Income Ratios, Intraday Liquidity Management, and RWA optimization.
On the execution side, you'll orchestrate multi-stream program delivery, managing simultaneous execution streams across siloed divisions (Equities Ops, Reference Data, Compliance). You'll lead the "Digital Twin" agenda, mobilize global cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, and tackle systemic implementation challenges around Straight-Through Processing and Exception Management. You'll measure and report realized value to senior management, ensuring strategic milestones are met.
You'll also scale value by codifying Capital Markets best practices into reusable playbooks, mentor junior team members on executive relationship management and complex financial instruments, serve as the Voice of the Customer to Product teams, and drive commercial growth through landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal activities. You'll build a strategic expansion roadmap to embed Celonis as the default transformation platform across the bank.
This role requires deep institutional Capital Markets experience, proven strategy consulting expertise, and the ability to blend technical acumen with executive presence. You'll work at the intersection of banking operations, technology transformation, and strategic business impact.
