Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking an experienced Client Value Partner to drive transformation initiatives with strategic enterprise customers in the logistics and transportation sector.
You will serve as the accountable lead for customer success and trusted advisor to C-level executives at top-tier accounts. Your primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring engagements are properly staffed with cross-functional Celonis teams (Servicing, Product, Engineering), and mentoring customers on organizational design and Centers of Excellence maturation to increase platform adoption.
On the value delivery side, you will own the end-to-end customer value journey, influence key stakeholders through executive communication and industry expertise, establish Celonis program roadmaps with senior customer leaders, resolve escalations efficiently, and drive value realization and adoption metrics. You will internalize customer strategy and ensure Celonis delivery aligns with their business-critical objectives.
As a community builder, you will organize and lead customer advisory boards addressing industry-specific challenges, act as the voice of the customer within Celonis to inform product development, drive customer presence at key industry events, and contribute to thought leadership and playbook development for the value engineering team.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 12 years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related transformation roles (production, manufacturing, or similar industries). You must have strong experience driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations. Crucially, you need deep experience with logistics clients and processes. Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus, as is expertise in change management practices and the ability to navigate large global organizations with strong persuasion skills. Native-level German proficiency is required.
