Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company provides end-to-end ticketing solutions that process thousands of transactions per minute, powering concerts, sports, theater, and major events worldwide. Fever partners with industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound. You will join the Business department as a Client Success Technical Manager, reporting directly to the COO. This is a hands-on management role focused on owning a portfolio of client accounts and serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as the go-to technical support contact for assigned clients, handling troubleshooting, platform usage questions, and incident resolution - Managing daily client requests including platform configuration, data exports, and technical support - Leading client onboarding and providing ongoing training to maximize value from the Fever ticketing platform - Proactively managing client needs across their entire journey—from initial onboarding through optimization and expansion - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and Design teams to ensure seamless client experience - Supporting on-site operations during live events when needed - Driving customer satisfaction metrics and identifying opportunities for account growth and product improvement The role is based in South Korea with flexibility to work from anywhere within the country. You'll work with a young, diverse, international team in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-scale platform. Requirements: - Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS environment - Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset - Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus - Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and genuinely focused on client experience - Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams - Valid driver's license for occasional on-site event support - Knowledge of the ticketing industry is highly valued - Bonus: familiarity with network infrastructure or event technology
