Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company provides end-to-end ticketing solutions that power concerts, sports, theater, and other live events, processing thousands of transactions per minute.
You will join the Business department as a Client Success Technical Manager, reporting directly to the COO. This is a hands-on role where you'll own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the go-to technical support contact for assigned clients, handling troubleshooting, platform usage questions, and incident resolution
- Managing daily client requests including platform configuration, data exports, and technical support
- Providing comprehensive onboarding and training to help clients maximize value from the Onebox ticketing platform
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and Design teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Supporting on-site operations during live events when needed
- Proactively identifying opportunities for customer satisfaction improvements and account expansion
- Guiding customers through their entire journey from onboarding through ongoing optimization
You will drive retention, account expansion, and long-term client relationships while ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Confident troubleshooting of technical issues with a hands-on mindset
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and focused on client experience
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Knowledge of ticketing industry is a plus
- Bonus: knowledge of networks or event tech
